Huge shoutout to Caroline at Crash Champions in Grand Prairie! She seriously made a stressful situation so much easier. She made sure I was able to get a rental the same day I dropped my car off, which was a huge help. Unfortunately after that looked into my car, it car ended up totaled. I had to come by after work to get my stuff out of the car, and she even stayed a little late so I could make it and was still friendly about it! She was so nice, helpful, and went above and beyond the whole time. It's not often you come across customer service like that. It was not a fun time dealing with the stress of the car and having to buy a new one but she really made it better. Everyone I interacted with at Crash Champions was professional, welcoming, and made the process as smooth as possible. Even though totaling a vehicle is never the outcome anyone wants, they communicated clearly, treated me with respect, and made sure I knew what to expect every step of the way. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in providing great service. Thanks again, I really appreciate everything you did!

Not checking their hours, I went on a Saturday 3 weeks ago and a lady took pictures of my car's damage and told me that they would call me back "in a couple of days" with the estimate. A week went by and I called to inquire, but this time a lady said that an email had been sent with the estimate. I had not received such email nor was it in the spam folder. Then the lady said "oh, they are looking for a few more parts" and assured me that I would be contacted within a day or two. Well, almost three weeks have gone by and I still haven't heard from any irresponsible staff member. SHAME ON YOU!!!

The receptionist that helped me was fabulous.I believe her name was Star. The adjuster Jesse was great and communication was on point via text messages throughout the process. The only thing that I did not like. But this is on my insurance, not on the employees here. My insurance company said that the enterprise car rental place would be open on Saturday when I dropped off my vehicle and they are not open on the weekend but crash champion is and I thought that was very unfortunate. Because I had a reschedule My drop off of my vehicle to the shop and then pick up my rental. You also need to make sure that your Insurance representative makes an appointment for you to pick up your rental at enterprise before you drop off your vehicle to crash champion. Other than that, they were great. They quoted me about eight days, and they got it done within five days. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. Also, if I have to need them again, I will be going back to them.

He also went above and beyond for me and fixed the trim ; enough for me to drive safely with. Very nice very people friendly; breaks it down on what you need so you understand.
